Event Cancellation / Postponement

In the event of adverse weather conditions, natural calamities, government restrictions, local authority orders, road closures or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Sahyadri Trekkers reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify or cancel the event. In such cases, refunds will not be applicable, as transportation, accommodation, permits, guides and other logistics are booked and arranged in advance. Participants may be offered an alternative date or credit towards a future event, subject to feasibility.
