Cancellation and Refund Policy
Treks in Sahyadri
- 75% Refund – Cancellation made more than 7 days before the event date.
- 50% Refund – Cancellation made between 5 and 7 days before the event date.
- No Refund – Cancellation made less than 5 days before the event date.
Event Cancellation / Postponement
In the event of adverse weather conditions, natural calamities, government restrictions, local authority orders, road closures or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Sahyadri Trekkers reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify or cancel the event. In such cases, refunds will not be applicable, as transportation, accommodation, permits, guides and other logistics are booked and arranged in advance. Participants may be offered an alternative date or credit towards a future event, subject to feasibility.
By registering for an event, participants acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Ladakh Bike Ride and SUV Tour
- 50% Refund – Cancellation made between 46 and 60 days before the tour departure date.
- 25% Refund – Cancellation made between 31 and 45 days before the tour departure date.
- No Refund – Cancellation made within 30 days of the tour departure date or in case of a no-show.
Tour Cancellation / Postponement
Ladakh tours operate in challenging terrain and are subject to weather conditions, road closures, government regulations, permits and local authority restrictions. In case the tour is postponed, modified or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, natural calamities, government regulations, military restrictions, road blockages, flight disruptions or any circumstances beyond our control, no refund will be applicable.
By registering for the tour, participants acknowledge and agree that all bookings for hotels, vehicles, permits, support staff and logistics are made in advance and are non-refundable.
Heritage Tours
- 75% Refund – Cancellation made between 16 and 30 days before the tour date.
- 50% Refund – Cancellation made between 11 and 15 days before the tour date.
- No Refund – Cancellation made within 10 days of the tour date or in case of a no-show.
